I had the opportunity to gather tonight with some folks who are pretty special to me. There was only a handful of us, and all we did was sing some songs, read some readings, and pray together, but like all the times that the Spirit moves, it was more than the sum of it’s parts. It was the highlight of the first week of advent for me. God was present.
